Finished the decreases
Am I going to make it?!? I can't tell if it's going to be the right size...wait and see, I guess.

This is looking great! Love the colors. So maybe you can answer my pattern ques: at this point before you start increasing, how many stitches and how many rows do you have?
Yes, Amy, I am also working off the Adult Jacket pattern, just plugging in the numbers for a baby sized jacket. I think that is where I got confused with your question. My pattern doesn't say anything about rows.
To see if it will be the right size, measure the section in between the stitch markers. At the point you are in the photo (all done with the decreases), It should measure the same as your base measurement - the sweater width that you measured to start your calculations.

Thanks--Amy
It will be different than yours though, because I am doing the Adult Surprise Jacket, sized for my 9yo. I am not sure if any of us are doing the BSJ??
Beautiful colors!
Duh. Sorry I didn't realize you were doing the adult size...cool!
